Since this is the first blog post, I believe it is the right thing to do to introduce what to expect here.
The blog is going to be a sort of diary where I will post what is going on at HonkLabs, what projects are being worked on currently and updates on them. Hopefully this will give me the opportunity to help others that might be working on a similar item! Besides this “captain’s log” use of the blog, I will also try to post regularly in the category “knowledge” which is… well obviously a place to put some articles about stuff that hopefully you will find useful: pianos, instruments in general, vintage electronics, electromechanical instruments, musical instrument design, acoustics, some light-weight microprocessor programming, etc…
If this is something that might interest you, get a chair and sit next to me at the workbench. There’s always stuff to do!
